Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the mobile applications or website operated by NIXLIGHT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED ("NIXLIGHT", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Hong Kong S.A.R.

By downloading, installing, or using any of our applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Our Services

NIXLIGHT develops, publishes, and operates mobile applications distributed via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Our current applications include:

Japanese Numbers Drill — a mobile education app for practising Japanese number readings.
SoloScanner — a mobile utility app for offline document scanning.

2. Use of the Apps

You may use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our apps.
Use the apps for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or networks connected to our services.
Copy, modify, or distribute any content from our apps without prior written permission.

3. In-App Purchases

Some of our apps offer optional in-app purchases to unlock premium features. All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and are subject to their respective terms and conditions. We do not store your payment information. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or the platform's own refund policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding within our apps and website are the intellectual property of NIXLIGHT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding.

5. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NIXLIGHT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our apps or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our apps after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
